How do I book a birthday party?
Booking is easy! Simply click here to view availability and reserve your date. If you have questions before booking, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, as weekends fill up quickly. We require a minimum of 3 days heads-up to book a new party.

How long does a party last?
Each party includes 2 hours for play and celebration. You will have the party room reserved for the full 2 hours.

What activities are included?
Your party includes access to the build sites and a designated party area for food and celebration. To add play for the RC experience and Heavy Lifter excavators, you can purchase tokens for your guests to play and/or reserve the RC table for your party.

What ages is this best for?
Our parties are perfect for kids ages 2-10, but we often see a mix of ages having fun together.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
We require food purchases to go through us. You can check out our vendors on our “add on” page as you work through your booking process.

Can I bring a birthday cake?
Absolutely—cake, cupcakes, or any special treats are welcome! We charge a small fee to store your cake and supply your party with plates and utensils.

Do you provide decorations or party supplies?
Our party room is construction-themed. Feel free to bring more decor, please note that glitter, confetti, pinatas, etc. are not allowed.

How early can I arrive to set up?
You may arrive 15 minutes before your party to set up.

Do you handle cleanup?
We ask that you tidy up the room to the best of your ability; we will take out the trash and do any deep cleaning.

Do guests need to sign waivers?
Yes, we ask that guests sign waivers online ahead of time. Please send out the official Build It Playground party evite with more detailed instructions for your guests, or refer the mto this webpage.

Do parents need to stay?
Yes, we ask that a parent or guardian remain on-site to supervise their child. Each guest is allowed one supervising parent.

Is the party private?
The party room is private; the play rooms are not. You are welcome to reserve the RC space for your guests to only enjoy, or look into a full facility rental if you’d like a fully private party.

How much does a party cost?
Party packages start at $350. Visit our booking page for full details and package options.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your date.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans change! Please contact us at least 7 days in advance to reschedule. The party must be rescheduled within 3 months.

Can I add extra time or guests?
Yes! Additional time and guest add-ons are available—just let us know when booking.

Do you offer private events?
Yes, we offer full facility rental for a more exclusive experience.
