Our current hours are 9-5 daily. We recommend checking our website or social media for any updates before visiting.

Do I need a reservation, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are very much welcome! We do recommend reservations during busy times on weekends and weekday mornings.

What can kids do at Build It Playground?
Kids can enjoy hands-on, construction-themed play including our mini-construction build site, ride-on excavators, sand table, building table, RC excavators, and a variety of open-ended play activities designed to spark creativity and fun.

What ages is this best for?
Build It Playground is best suited for kids ages 1-10, but children of many ages enjoy the experience. Our RC table is especially geared toward an older crowd.

Do kids need experience to use the equipment?
Not at all! Everything is beginner-friendly, and our team is there to help guide them.

Do parents need to stay?
Yes, a parent or guardian must remain on-site and supervise their children at all times.

Can adults participate too?
Absolutely—many parents enjoy helping their kids or even trying the equipment themselves!

Are siblings allowed?
Of course! We welcome families with multiple children. Siblings under 1 are free; siblings over 10 incur a small cost that includes tokens for RC and excavator play.

Is the equipment safe?
Yes! Safety is our top priority. Our equipment is designed specifically for kids, and our team is always nearby to ensure safe play.

What should kids wear?
We require grippy socks for kids and any kind of sock for adults. If you forget yours, you’re welcome to purchase ours for $3.00.

Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants must have a signed waiver before playing.

Can I fill it out ahead of time?
Yes! We encourage completing your waiver online before arrival to make check-in quick and easy.

Can we bring snacks or drinks?
We do not allow outside snacks or drinks, outside of your waterbottle. We serve fresh coffee, pizza, and a variety of prepackaged foods for your visit.

Do you have seating for parents?
Yes! We have space for parents to sit while their kids play.

Do you host birthday parties?
Yes! We offer fun, stress-free birthday party packages. Visit our party page or contact us to learn more.

Any tips for first-time visitors?
