FAQs
Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead is recommended during busy times, such as weekday mornings or weekends.
What’s the difference between one-hour play and open play?

One-hour play is a timed session. Open play gives you more flexibility to stay longer and explore.
What’s included in my entry price?

If space allows, you may be able to extend your time—just check with our team.
Do adults need to pay?

There is one adult included per paid child. Additional adults cost $4 for both one hour play and all day play.
Can we leave and come back?

Our entry fee allows you to come in one time for the day. Please be sure to leave only when you’ve finished playing for the day.
Are grippy socks required?

Yes, grippy socks are required. Please bring your own or purchase some from our front desk.
Can we bring food and drink?

We do not allow outside food and drink, aside from waterbottles. We have a small cafe for you to use while you visit.
